1. Use of Our Products
Our digital products, including audio plugins, are licensed to you, not sold. This means you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for your personal or professional projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or modify the product for resale.

2. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed by our third-party partner, FASTSPRING. When you make a purchase, FASTSPRING collects and processes payment on our behalf. For more information, please refer to FASTSPRING'S Privacy Policy.

We offer a free trials on all plugins, just download here. Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience any technical issues or have concerns, please contact us within 14 days, and we will review your request individually. 

3. License and Redemption
Upon purchase, you will receive a SERIAL to activate your plugin. For Abyss and Chop Suey you will get a redemption code to activate your product via Tracktion. You are responsible for keeping your license information secure.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use our Site and products only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, servers, or other systems.
• Share or redistribute our digital products in violation of the license terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
Dawesome is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
