Why does it sound so good?
The word “chaos” is ambiguous. On the one hand, it describes what people see and feel when they walk into my room (sorry, no time to clean up).The other “chaos” describes the dynamics of moving physical systems. For example, anything that produces sound: this includes acoustic instruments as well as analog circuits, but not static digital oscillators.
You probably always suspected that there is something in common between acoustic instruments and analog, and now you know what it is: a tiny bit of chaos.
