Not another spreadsheet synth

I believe making sounds should be playful, sensual, alive.

Not engineering. Not messing with spreadsheets.

You want to dive in sound, not in menus, right?

Abyss puts you in the flow.

Immerse yourself into rich, organic textures.

Synthesis you don’t need to learn.

The sound of Crimson Red and Indigo

Let us make a test: please imagine a fierce red sound. And now a dark blue sound. I am sure you were able to do so, and they sound very different.

Abyss builds on this principle: each timbre is displayed as a tone colour. And both your ears and eyes understand it.

You just surf a sea of tone colours. Soon you will start to hear the world with different ears: "I have so much Amber here, let's contrast it with some Indigo."

Your own, personal Cutoff

What makes a sound interesting and emotional? It's the way it changes over time.

In Abyss you simply put tone colours on a gradient bar. The position on the gradient becomes your own, personal dial to evolve your sound.

Life can be so simple. And fun.
Feature Info

Whales? Kraken? Jellyfish?

Abyss excels in rich, organic sounds, almost biological.
Think of the stars at night, the endless sea and the hauntingly wistful songs of whales.

Why I do this?
Hey, my name is Peter. I am the guy who makes all this stuff. Creating instruments that keep you in the flow and expand sonic possibilities is not always easy. It takes time, dedication and a lot of hard work, and sometimes it's frustrating.

But then I get a mail like this: "I have been making music for 30 years. Two days ago I discovered Dawesome. Suddenly it was like when I started: 48 hours in the studio, barely sleeping or eating. A creative explosion."

This is why I do what I do.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
